PAUL CL CHAN
PAUL CL Chan has 18 years of working experience with two foreign financial institutions and one local financial institution in International Commercial & Corporate Banking, International Banking Payments Operations, Sales & Marketing of banking loans, Corporate Customer Service Centre and in Human Resources Division. He has also more than 9 years as a full time Credit Trainer and Motivational / Sales Speaker / Team builder in a foreign bank. He also conducts soft-skill management courses and his last position in the foreign bank as Head of Learning & Development. Presently he owns PAW Training & Consultancy firm for more than 12 years and also a major partner in Cornerstone Corporate Training & Consulting Sdn Bhd.
Jay-Jee Loong
JAY-JEE LOONG has over 16 years in the Malaysian and International Banking Industry, specializing in designing and delivering credit training for the International Banking Business. He delivered training in the following countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Philippines, United Kingdom, United States of America, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, India, Australia.
He started his career in CIMB and got exposure to Commercial Banking, Treasury, Corporate and Investment Banking, before moving on to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to grow large Foreign Currency Loan Syndication and Club deals under Labuan Offshore Banking.
Jay Jee designed, delivered and facilitated a variety of Credit, Banking and Financial Accounting related courses for the International Banking Division. He was the first implement International Credit Certification programs in the Asia Pacific and East Asia division, with the delivery of the Credit Skills Assessment (CSA) and Business Lending Fundamentals (BLF) programs by Omega Performance with participation from over 12 countries.
As a Senior Credit trainer in providing bank’s credit policy, procedures and credit system training to all Front and Middle Office staff, Jay Jee also provides train-the-trainer support to colleagues in London and Asia. Jay Jee was also appointed by the Head Office to part of the global project team to train overseas staff new USD125 million internal Credit System called Global Business Re-Engineering (GBR) back in 2015. Over the last five years, Jay Jee was the appointed facilitator and moderator at the annual strategic SMBC Credit Officer Meetings for the Asia Pacific and East Asia Credit Risk Departments in Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Jay Jee graduated from the University of Miami, Florida (USA) with an Economics Major and English Minor. He is also a Certified Training Professional (CTP) Holder from ITD, and a Certified Trainer for Omega Performance programs, Credit Skills Assessment and Business Lending Fundamentals. Jay Jee holds the Certified Credit Professional (CCP) and Credit Skills Assessment (CSA) qualifications.

Our Story
The founders came from poor families, education at their time was luxury. They study very hard in school, gain working experience and relearn again in training so that they become a qualified consultant. They thought the anxiety of exams and doubtful certification was finally all over, yet adults need more education than ever in this era.

The journey of the founders to install their power is to get themselves certified so that they can consult, coach and train with competency. There are two important factors in place to deliver the best quality of work: the presenter’s delivery and the environment of the deliveries. The material of knowledge, deliverable report and system format are secondary, because experience of accelerated learning helps participants in new breakthroughs.
The Catastrophe of Covid-19 has affected many businesses that collapsed or scale down their operations and has affected the employment market. The founders encounter the loss of business and people’s life as well as confidence to work. The founders have no choice but to break our comfort zone and unlearn the environment of the deliveries and relearn technology to consult, coach and train.
